532 Series Flashback Arrestors

The 532 Series of stainless steel and brass flashback arrestors prevent the transmission of flame in the supply line and equipment of high purity gas systems. An automatic valve in the 532 Series flashback arrestor cuts off gas supply in the event of flame stabilization inside the body of the arrestor.

The arrestors incorporate a non-return valve to prevent reverse flow of gases. With the brass arrestors, a positive shut off of reverse flow permits resetting and reuse after flashback has occurred. 532 Series Flashback Arrestors meet the safety requirements of BS6158, EN 730 (BAM/DIN), ISO 5175, AS 4603 and are UL Listed 23Y5.
