Capacity Mismatch: Standard hydrogen pumps are designed for passenger vehicles (3-4 kilos), not commercial applications requiring 200+ kilos
Time-Intensive Process: Filling at gas stations would take several hours and tie up 2 pumps for 6+ hours
Safety Concerns: Pumping large volumes of odorless, highly flammable gas in public settings posed significant risks
Operational Interruptions: Safety shutoffs would trigger repeatedly, requiring customer service calls and 20+ minute hold times
Availability Issues: Our Long Beach station wasn’t operational when they first reached out

Our customer tows their trailer to our Anaheim facility for controlled, safe fills

2. Advanced Equipment Deployment

We acquired and deployed a Bayotech 520 bar tandem tube trailer featuring:

Carbon fiber tubes rated for higher pressure
Cascade fill capability for efficient transfer
Capacity to fill dual pod systems (red and blue pods with 8 total tube stacks)

3. Expert Management

Our plant manager Jose, with extensive hydrogen experience, personally controls each cascade fill operation, ensuring:

Safety protocols are rigorously followed
Optimal fill rates are achieved
Maximum storage capacity is reached

4. Optimized Pressure Management

By filling to higher pressures, we enable:

Greater volume storage in compact pod systems
Reduced transportation costs
Minimal on-site infrastructure requirements for the end user
