Our high-capacity gas transport trailers deliver up to three times the payload of traditional steel-tube trailers. That extra capacity means fewer trips to refuel more sites, cutting transportation costs and boosting driver productivity.
Built with composite cylinders, our trailers offer a lightweight, high-pressure solution for storing compressed gases at up to 7,500 psig. The compact 27′ model carries 500 kilograms of hydrogen and is engineered to fit tight spaces, making it ideal for hydrogen refueling station deliveries. For larger-scale industrial gas delivery, the 40′ trailer maximizes payload with 730 kilograms of hydrogen per load.
Each cylinder features a proprietary, pneumatically-actuated valve. A ground-level operator control panel gives access to individual cylinder rows, enabling cascade filling without the need to climb the trailer bed. This design supports faster filling of more storage tanks at higher pressures, maximizing hydrogen efficiency from every load.
Safety is built in at every level, with emergency shutdown systems, thermally-activated pressure relief devices, and welded manifold connections that help prevent potential leaks.
